Soft Kiss, Hard Death</a> by Tobin Elliott
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
In this third installment of the Sam Truman Mysteries, the creep factor is taken up several notches. Elliott has absolutely nailed the character and his understated, sarcastic humour is a pleasure to read.
However, there were a couple of questions of a “how did that work?” nature that weren’t answered for me, but these did not interfere with my suspended disbelief. A great read.
I can’t wait to get my hands on the print version so I can read this as well. I want to read the other stories in this series even though they aren’t penned by Tobin.
Thanks Lisa!
The first one was great. The second, not so much. I haven’t read the fourth one yet, but I plan to.
